Its over-balanced diaphragm first stage keeps delivery pressure rising faster than ambient as you descend, for consistent performance at depth. An environmental dry seal keeps water out of the main spring chamber, preventing ice buildup and blocking silt and contamination — rated for coldwater use below 50°F (10°C).
The adjustable second stage lets you fine-tune breathing resistance underwater, and the patented heat exchanger surrounding the valve mechanism draws in ambient warmth to offset the cold of gas expansion. The Comfo-bite mouthpiece reduces jaw fatigue on long dives, and the Diver Changeable Exhaust (DCE) system lets you swap between a small and large exhaust tee. EAN40-compatible out of the box, with lightweight, flexible braided hoses standard. Available in DIN or International (Yoke) first-stage fitting.
